Thanks, Nelly. I've listened to Wall's conservative update from TD's Dan Chan moderated Q & A section at least a few times. I can't think why both Wall and Foote would put CES out as first Ivy contract win if likelihood of that timing weren't fairly secure. We shall see. Tik tok...

Starting to really wonder about Chen ,does nothing to defend the share price,still long but do understand why  he is not trusted, What caused this reverse today,We are told nothing about the facebook settlement,nothing about the sale,thats why nobody trusts his word anymore,Mylogicv is ,he needs 30.00 a share to get his bonus,and save face,so will hang on,only because of that fact

That may be true.  Chen is quiet about the Patent Sale and appear to pretend that it does not exist.  What about the FB deal?  No wonder the disdain for BB by the Canadian banks
