During the run up the fair less leader came out and stated he had NO clue why the increase in valuation YET over the last two days not a peep on a massive decrease in valuation????
Where are all the mouth pieces today.....I guess Soros, and Schwab were rattling their zippers this morning and that Shirley takes priority .

Uh, have you checked the market, or other tech stocks?  Go mix an egg nog, put on some cartoons, and check back in January.  Anybody who has a pension tied to tech stocks (like me) has got a major migraine as the valuation Dec 31 drives your pay for the next 12 months.  This too shall pass!!

Are you stating that your pension is based on a/the stock price at the end of year and why BB has gone down almost 20% in two days since their quarterly report? I am not aware of pensions being tied to sp. Please elaborate . Thanks

Sun Life.  Starts with a defined contribution pension from your employer, if you have one.  Don't  have the fund number, but it's a gimish of 10 high tech stocks.  User gets to pull off 7% first year, typically 65 but could be earlier, and that pull goes up each year against the fund value Dec 31.  For 6 out of last 7 years has been great as fund was doing average ...more
