Here is one example of our new hire. Many more we didn't hear about. "Arvind brings 18 years of information security experience and leadership to BlackBerry, plus five-and-a-half years of research and development engineering background gained at the start of his career. Yeah, no. chne has threatened to hire for years and the head count continues to drop... the chef exit offic er is full of it, BS!  the ceo threatened a share buy back and didn't follow through... many of the things other, successful, companies did chne threatened, emoted with media releases... nada. What the company has is a bloated self worth promoted by a stoic, stick in the mud, we ...more

Usually, the founders have to stay on for a number of years after a buyout or a non compete for 5-10years. Seems like this guy had neither. He was a good negotiator!!!
