The facts are blackberry was heading towards bankruptcy until mr John Chen saved it and now it's heading towards big gains. If you have strategy that's not working then you already have established options that you once explored, no? Perhaps 're-examining strategic options' would better suit the professor or a business failing internally. Exploring implies undiscovered territory ahead. I think the new EV as a Computer fits that bill just fine. Then again I could be wrong.
