AGM Voting will be Nip and Tuck this year

Chon Jehn does not have a majority support, shareholders can effectively douse him and his failed state, failure to build a cohesive team, failure to build revenues on guidance, failure to grow Gross Margins, failure to build head count... all this failed performance has magnified the c e o's focus on achieving his EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT bonuses with everthing else at peril, including the entire financial platform... jaune chien spent $1.4B, wrote it off 1/3, then proceeded to spend 1/2B to make the purchase functional... this is why he failed to grow Cylance, this is what the company did not increase revenues and this is why he failed to grow Human Capital... simply he failed to meet his guidance.

Considering the incredibly poor performance of the c e o and his contracted control of the BoD the balance of power in BB is at a tipping point that will throw it into kaos.

The BoD ceeded control to jaune chien via the poorly awarded Fired or Acquired EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT that also stated he must sit as the Executire Chair on the BoD...

Upon close inspection, greater than the media or many others, consider premium whatsup was effectively voted off the ship last year and the chef exit office r, the guy saying year after year he was expanding head count yet according to YEReports Human Capital has decrease each year under his arrogant reign as Kink of BlackBerry.  Last year the c e o received 192,237,109 or 33.68% of the total float 566M shares... certainly not resounding support from shareholders.

Voting against Gone When for Executive Board Seat send the message and puts the pressure on the BoD to seat him on the BoD as a SPECIAL GUEST... this unusual placement would allow the BoD to avoid paying the Failure in Chief the remainder of his Fired or Acquired EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT... by not breaching its terms he cannot be considered terminated.... the placement by the BoD would also signal his failure along with its failure to achieve guidance while halving reveunes over the past 4 years.

So, as Joey stated, there appears to be enough Retail and otherr Dissatisfited shareholders to stain jaune chien with a clear ouster.

VOTE YOUR SHARES IN BB THIS AGM, THE RESULTS WILL SHATTER THE GLASS HOUSE BUILT BY THE BoD FOR gone when!
