The travesty/farce/charade/call it what you will is likely to soon conclude. The when part of when and not if is drawing near.
Imperium is yet another brilliant chess move on part of Chen and C Suite. Fair or closer to fair valuation is necessary for multiple reasons. As for just one, the stockholders of an eventual buyer(s) will feel better about paying significantly more than the distorted present valuation. 
With real estate there can be distressed or fire sales, but only Wall Street, with help of banks and owned press, allow years of this type of shenanigans. That said, we're in good company.... same or similar was case with Nividia, Amazon, Tesla and even the devils darling of 21st century aka Apple.    - dwolf
