BNN Bloomberg - Negative News Feed

I attempted to search BB stock ticker on BNN Bloomberg today, and the site did not generate a quote. So I serached Blackberry and this is the news feeds that are posted on the site, basically all negative. BB ticker does not stream across the top of the page either. This is the top Canadian site for investment? Blackberry Cheif Marketing Officer should place a call and rectify this?

BB is a penny stock.  Not followed by serious investors or funds.  Dipping under $5 was a real blow.  From blue chip stock to penny stock.  Chen did this.
