If you want the stock to increase?

Why not try selling some products and generating some revenue and cash instead of focusing on financial engineering.  BB has tried IPO's, divisional breakups,  financial statement restatement,  renaming the company, hiring and firing multiple CEO's.  None of it has worked for the stock market is pretty simple.  You grow revenues and cash and the price goes up. You don't and it falls.  There is a direct relationship between the top and bottom lines of BB and it's share price over the past 15 years.  You should not expect the stock price to increase when quarter after quarter (49 to be exact) the CEO disaapoints. Ask one question.  Why do insiders never buy shares?  One minor share buy by Prem just recently.  I do believe Prem has tried to support this company but his management team has failed him miserably.

Why should someone buy this as an investment? The only way they should ever touch this is on actual metrics. Might as well get to the casino and put 100_ on red. Proof is in the pudding.

...equity investment is about forwardlooking...not backwards... ...I am sure Bitcoin has all the metrics you need :) ...yes...you could wait for the auditors opinion after three months actual reporting, before you decide to invest in say 2028...but at that time, the market value would probaly be aligned to the DCF of future cashflows calculated by all the Equity analysts out there... ...in ...more
