These board members authorized Chen's egregious salary and aided Chen in ushering in the decade of destruction. They sold off our assets, both hard and intellectual, to payout egregious salaries to the king. They were also instrumental in dismantling Cylance who were poised to grow in parallel to Crowdstrike.
