U'r so funny. First you tell us about 20 days that the Deal will never happend. Now when the Deal is happend you tell us that a bad Deal. 50%(275Million) on Cash proceeds but takeover 124 Million more Liabilities...thats for me a 10-15 % Overall Discount and that a good deal in my opinion!

I feel the same way like you do about the deal . it is a good one especially under the covid situation... the bomber makes us all be on the skeptical side of things ( with good reason )  these days and any deal looks like a bad one , hopefully the fire sale will be over with the closing of the BT deal ... business jets is a big seller and the bomber is well positioned to take advantage of
