Whatis happening..

The bbd.b shareholders have miss the boat for now
and a flip  from bbd.d to bbd.a was the move to do !
We  all have see the surge in the bbd.a in a matter of days 
Most probably a buyout is in the card .
308 700 000 bbd.a issued and the control  can be had for $ 300 000 000 or so .
No change for the bbd.b but a change in the dynamic for Bombardier and could be of some benefits for every shareholders and probably a sole share class call bbd.

Just forgot to add that the new owner after the buyout would put forward the idea of a reverse split of  the 2 128 000 000 bbd. issued. This would be a disaster for the BBD.b actual share holders. May be fantasy but anything can happen. D'ont you not think so ?

bbd is a public company, any thing can happen (when it comes to selling the company or what is left of it) as long as board of dir. and shareholders ( in this case bbd.A) agree and voted ffor it Family has controling power by the power of duak share structure if the family decided to sell, they can sell and at this point i do not understand why would they want to sell when valuation is so low

Shamhorish absolutally! Some analystes should ask them what is the reason instead of putting target prices on this and on that! Explalin this, the 100% differance there is between the two, shouldn't wait to ask this question!

johnney, in my opinion, 99.5% of Analystes do not know much and the other 0.05% do not reveal any thing to retail investores so, it is either a guess game or wait and see game or ??? but i do not thing there is a buy out

faire monter l'action bbd.a pour etre superieur a 1$ . de cette facon aller chercher des nouveaux investisseurs tels que certains fonds d'investissement? car leurs rgles les empches de faire l'achat d'actions dont le cours est trop bas (sous 1$)? Est ce possible?

Tout fait possible. S'ils veulent vendent des avions d'affaires et tre crdible, ils doivent sortir du Penney stock et donner de la valeur l'entreprise. Je vois la monte des A comme une action positive dans le processus actuel.

there was a huuuuuge amount of shares sold et Under 0,40 and alot of these shareholders are taking profits. Before these big loads of sp are passed, i dont see why it wouldnt reach near the A shares. A shares beside these few days , havent been bought by small investors (no daily volume) . So easier to move up

david1, exactly, millions and millions  (i do not want to says 100s of millions but it must be close to that) of bbd.b were sold between cdn $ 0.26 and up to 0.33 if bbd.A trend conitue and hold bbd.b should with time catch up

Shamhorish you mark a point for analysts! They we're the one targeting the SP of the bomber  over $6.00 when this hit a high of $5.58 in summer 2018! Everyone here or almost we're withness of this, and yes, they do mistakes too!

johnney, in my opinion 99.5% of Analystes = paid propaganda and they set the stage for big sharks to play the market game wether up or down it is a theater, and take analysetes, fund managers, daytraders, news papers and media,, in my opinion, the world and the financial world is not as clean as we wish it to be you can not prove any wrong doing, but it is a clear as the sun at noon in mid July

In my mind this is a Family affair ! They have the money and look what they did with DOO :a real success ! -first :Buy back all the BBD.A  and second : a reverse split for the BBD.B only ...for peanuts !
