bombardier trading! Globe and trash!

just read that on stockwatch that an analyste of Cibc Chiang, on 5jan, views Bombardier ($0.47) as a recovery price! He knows totally F****all, as far as i,m concerned, and the worst people to listen to is them, those analystes! You will never here from them to buy when a stock is very low! They just follow the wvave as anybody else does!!

Bay Street as a whole are either not too bright, kept in the dark by the company (likely) or useful idiots (to take it private).  Keeping the share price down benefits the go private "faction" for lack of a better word which only serves to make Bombardier a more formidable competitor going forward - the competition will have less info on the the company's financial state and can ...more

Of what benefit is it to BBD to remain as a public company? It hasn't helped wiith raising capital. Q4 should give an improved EBITDA / Revenue. No valid reason for current pricing imo

hopefulJuan, would this make it any sense to bring it privately at current SP! what about those who who paid $2, or $3! if this would be the case, i hope they go totally bankrupt after, if this happens!

It's what they do johnney. We are at their mercy. I still believe there is integrity in the Bombardier name and that they will not throw us under le bus. A shared price ten times higher would not over value the company.

As you say, we are at thier mercy, no doubt on that here!

Absolutally not1 When bellemare came in 2015, they had over $7B in debt, ok many devisions, but we,re in the hole anyway, and losing money anyway! yes would not over value the company, as long they don't dilute the shareholders! They will have to prouve that on paper, not promising words!

None whatsoever at the moment.  Best strategy is Douglas McCarthur's: "I shall return". By the way, if you combine CDPQ's investment in BT and soon to be Alstom shares (60M), and Bombardier's own balance sheet, they'd have no debt (net of Alstom shares). Therefore, its just a matter of making a deal with CDPQ... Meanwhile, I'm just hoping to get back to my avg ...more

$0.90, average cost, you say! you're not very far, but those at $2, 3, or more, are a long way from home!
Comment by PabloLafortune on Jan 07, 2021 1:09pm
Johnney, did you go to school tabarslac?  If you own 10 shares and your cost is $5, you lost $45. If you own 1,000,000 shares and your cost is 60 cents, your loss is $100,000. Average cost is only 1 part of the equation...

no one or another i fit in these prices! But if it ever goes wrong, it will be something that i won't forget, could tell you this personnally!
Comment by PabloLafortune on Jan 07, 2021 2:36pm
There is no reason for my avg cost to be higher than $2.  If I bought 1,000 shares for $5, for a 16% increase in my investment, I can buy another 2,000 shares for 50 cents, total investment $6,000, total shares 3,000, avg cost $2.
Comment by johnney on Jan 07, 2021 4:55pm
you're average cost won't be higher of course, but your investement, yes!

I sure do hope that they shall return, without a reverse split, or going mabe private at the ridicoulis prices that we have since several months now!
