When reading the description of Bombardier's business that the guy from Motley Fool  wrote in his article, one must believe that this guy comes from a remote planet and just landed recently!

The likes of Mothly Fools have used negative Bombardier headlines as a marketing tool. The company's reputation has been so beaten over the last few years that BBD has been off most investors radar including, a large portion of institutions who were previously big investors in the stock. Further layoff in 2020 and getting kicked out of the TSX certainly didn't inspire a lot of confidence ...more

The proceeds from the Alstom deal, back up the last statement you made. There will still be a little bit of work on the employment side and even excess capacity. But EM will take care of that. I keep crunching the #'s from the sale of BT, only to see a rosier picture, every time I do them. Patience, we're in the money.
