flamingogold, i do not understand very much about oubligations or bonds, is this considered as a  good news? Is this a paying part of the debt, or borrowing again money to pay other debts! What is this anyway!

They are doing this to cut interest costs .. interest levels should stay this low until 2023 so re-negotiating at this point in time is the smart thing to do with the cash at hand ... with a few of good quarters they can raise enough money to pay down another chunk and get fantastic Rates for the longterm debt that remains... all positives from here on ...
