Buying back loans from lenders ... it is step one to re-financing at lower prices... definitely good news ... nobody is running off with the BT Cash ... profitability is getting closer and closer ... Explains why the B's advanced more than the A's. Management is serious about repaying back it's obligations to debt holders. The company just moved another notch away from insolvency. The wheels are in motion to rebuild a great Canadian company. [/quote]

flamingogold, i do not understand very much about oubligations or bonds, is this considered as a good news? Is this a paying part of the debt, or borrowing again money to pay other debts! What is this anyway!

do they have any choice paying back? I do not think so! If they don't walk straight now, that they have a chance, well it's over for them!

even if you reach an agreement with your bank to push your house payments for 6 months because of the covid, you still have your house debt, that you own them, no!
