The Bailout that you are reffering to is for the whole Airline industry. Air Canada, Wesjet, Sunwing, Air Transat, porter, AEC, Airbus for the (A220), and Bombardier. It's a subsidy, similar to that CERB for people out of work from retail, restaurants etc., because of the lockdowns.  If all you have is a negative twist on things. For your informtion. Do you remember this ? On May 29, 2018, the Canadian federal government announced its intent to acquire the Trans Mountain Pipeline from Kinder Morgan for $4.5 billion. And you complain for 2,0 billions for many Canadians Airlines companies.
