Bombardier selling Alstom could be preemptive

Bombardier could be ready to sue Alstom for the 400 million that Alstom withheld. Why keep shares in Alstom when you are going to sue and get your money back but take hit in Alstom sp going down because of it.

Just saw your comment and thought it could make sense! I'm keen on further information and details about the premise of a lawsuit:)  GLTA.

It's sensible. When a company gets sued? Their shares take a tumble. So the Bomber could have held off from suing them while they owned the shares. But I was under the impression that the Alstom shares they got were fixed for the valued of $43.50.
