For all the dummies myself included what is backlog book to bill of 1.8? Does it mean that they will bill 1.80$ for each 1.00 booked?
Comment by ouainouain on Aug 05, 2021 8:51am
Hahaha , just googled it. So they are receiving 1.8 orders (book) for every order shipped out (bill)?.
Comment by Shamhorish on Aug 05, 2021 8:51am
book to bill refer to number of aircraft new sale compared to number of aircraft delivered example the signed 18 new sales while they delivered 10 aircraft they singed new sale (bbok) more than they delivered (bill)

Its based on $ not units. so $1.80 in signed new contracts for every $1 in deliveries. After all a C350 does not replace a G7500
