Please stop spamming your own boards or at least give us the option to mute. No one wants to hunt through a pile of adverts. Keep it up and you will lose your base.

Flaming If you want that, then you would have to go to the paid subscription or pay fro bullboards. The issue I have is that I was getting messages from my internet security that their market herald had phishing software which they subsequently vehemently denied.

I don't mind paying for an ad-free subscription while those that wish for the free service can be bombarded (no pun intended) with ads. The whole sidebar is currently loaded with ads, now they are forcing it into the chat feeds which clutters it up and detracts from interaction. They may end up choking themselves in the end if the experience deteriorates.

Ed, welcome to the board. I am not so sure it worked, BBD gets a lot of traffic so the spam disappears quickly. I checked some of the split boards and I still see they are spamming. For the quieter boards it's a total distraction, I hope they reverse their decision.
