Why would it come back? Mitsubishi bought CRJ program not for CRJ airplane but for the maintenance, sales, aftermarket support etc. infrastructure. Mitsubishi bought it because it was quicker and cheaper then to start from scratch for spacejet. Now they dont have spacejet so it becomes more important for Mitsubishi to maintain and support CRJ to get as much of their money out of it by supporting ...more

He was not talking about buying the program. Bbd dont have the plane, but he is still a supplier for structural parts / sub assy and replacement parts (BBD infrasgtructure). If Mitsu want to continue with the crj, bbd just have to call back the worker if the post is not already moved or scraped. So they have to decide it fast if they want to do it. Could be a good news for the plan1 for exemple.
