IMO, if as you said "BRP to take a %( 10-20-30) of Bombardier ?" that will be a good for sh. price, it will demo confidence and bbd.b, a sh. price will rise

Same thing as Bill Ford buying shares in Ford. Which is also a good thing to do. Market Caps are not representative of the companies.
