Yup you can scream and yell all you want but Quebec just does not pull their weight. At least they bring home some Olympic medals and make good maple syrup but honestly it's time they play ball and realize where there money is coming from. We don't mind helping out the have nots here in Alberta but hey work with us not againt us!
