Well since we wrote to Bombardier Investor relations regarding those events. We finally got our response.

They filed he lawsuit duuuuh? I know the the history of the initial deal. You guys are acting like you are cheering for your favourite spors team and just not willing to see anything like it is. There is room for discussion because you got tunnel vision!

Bago - I once asked you a simple question and you declined to answer.. adding your own smart-*ss reply. The ' I'm suing to even-out some other claim against me ' is a valid argument as far as a negotiation tactic from Alstom... imho

It was just me using your usual 'what value' argument against you in order for you to notice that you were no better than the ones you so disliked. ...and it looks like you're still in denial.

859 - I'm with you on this, maybe I didn't write this the rigth way but I believe that Alstom made this latest claim to even-out Bombardier 's 400M$ issue...it's a valid tactic but I have no idea if it has a leg to stand on or not.

Easy there Sham. Now we'll owe them money. Where do you get that? That's just your positivity side speaking. We're not in court here. Europe has laws too. Maybe the worse that could happen is that we don't get everything. I'm ok getting $200M to $300M too.

859 One of the reasons that arbitration is chosen is that the legal fees are minimal compared to an adverserial court case. If Bago (the box of rocks) would have checked out, legal fees in America during an arbitration case do not come into play for either party. That is why arbitration is, besides being faster, used as legal fees in almost all cases do not come into play !

Spinning by retail has no effect whatsoever on experienced investors, which includes those that can move the stock, such as tutes. They all see an overhang. Some might not think it's material, some might, but all see a risk.

The TSX is irrrelevant, watch the DOW. Most stocks trade of what the US market does as the TSX is heavily weighted in financials and energy. Even those sectors mostly trade on the US action.

Alstom asking for arbitration might be interpreted, IMO, as an indication of weakness in front of Bombardier 400M challenge which I assume has been argued between both parties since beginning of 2021.( as clearly stated by BBD PR right at the BT sale closing). But we will never know exactly what happened during the past 16 months between both groups. Still, never a dull moment with these guys!

I agree Ralph. I can also add that Alstom had no right to withhold those closing funds on closing. If they had a dispute with the Bomber they could have taken it up, after closing. But as I said before, that they saw the weakness or desperation on the PB, so that's why they did it.
