Too many scenarios and predictions

Lets take it one step at a time. Lets see where sp goes after R/S. For now the current market has more impact on sp. There is no debt due that new shares need to be issued or any new product development requiring funding. Global 8000 will happen after firmer numbers of 10X and G800 are finalized. Too early for Bombardier to counter. Let the competitors complete and lock in their product and then Bombardier to leap.

I'm definitely not for an equity issuance at the current SP but having the option or the ability to raise capital through equity when entering into negotiations for debt renewals is helpful in making sure you don't get too screwed on debt terms. Just a thought.. GLTA

I like the way you think... even more so that there's no urgent need of doing some debt repayments for a couple of years.  A few more 400M$ repayments until then should prove that they, management, have th situation under control and that things are going as planned.

Agreed. So that should take us to the middle of, or end of 2024. We're Eroded to hell now. I say leave the Dilution till later. All these changes are a little to fast for the digestion. I still think that they did this split a bit too fast. But then who the f#$#%k knows why they did it that quickly.

Exactly,  who knows why they are doing it, why they are doing it now, if and when they will issue new shares to pay fully or partially for the debt one thing we know is that by 2024 intrest rate will be much much higher than now, at least by plus 2 or 3%

Well your quetions just shows there is zero transperancy with the Bomber hence the lack of trust. Hard to believe they can attract any new investors when history shows how they hae treated their shareholders and it is still going on today. Is their 2025 plan without current shareholders? All great on how well the company  may be dong by then but do what if your invetment erodes to who knows

really ?? You think a company should advertise their offerings ahead of time ?  I have seen thise time and time again before an offering. Looks like there may be one coming but like all others, the price is usually knocked down before any announcement is made. Because they are knocking it down prior to conclusion of the RS, makes no difference. BTW...the market sentiment makes it that more

That's exactly what I was going to say, Club. The fact that these shorts, are dropping the SP makes it easier for the Family. The other thing is, is that it's a benefit for us as well. If the R/S SP is low? The lower will be the SP, after the Split. The better off we'll be on the upside after the split. Even after the Equity offering. The quicker that we can recoup a 3 or 4 bagger. But

Dropping the share price makes it more profitable for the suscribers while the underwriters make their guaranteed fees. Those who are shorting the shares and partcipate in the offer will be able to cover their current

Hi Club.  The shorts dropping the SP means that the Family is going to be buying the shares cheaper from now till the R/S, even after the R/S (NCIB). Because after the R/S the Family is in essentially in the same position that we're in (the Retail investor). The cheaper the SP after the split the quicker they get a double, triple, four bagger as well. I think a $30 dollar SP is a bit too
