i remember (if my memory did not fasil me) a few years ago, this Canadair location in ville st-Laurent was estimated at about  75 millions today, it should be worth more than 75 millions  this should help bbd

Could it be the area is less than the one you remember? If the area and the location  is the same place, it should be sold more than $75 million, but The Bomber got only $20 million, that is not acceptable and  fair to shareholders.  We  shareholders are part of the owner of that piece of land, If it were sold $98 million, each one of us loss  more than a few dollors

Dreamer That area they sold for 20 million is nowhere near the st laurent property. It is in the south east corner of the Trudeau Airport area.
