For each board, there a senior and a junior board.
Call it how you want ; Junior board, side board, Board B or Trash...your choice.
Only adults are read on the senior board. The others don't exist there.
The selection is made by the adults by the way of the Ignore button. 
Only junior board members can read the posts of the rejected members.
This way they don't disturb the adults. They don't exist on their board.
Everyone knows that your are one of the most ignored.
