Move to new airport facility 2023

Retired from the Global Program now but the Toronto facility was heavy on overhead. The size of the location's footprint and cost of upkeep for the runway was significant. The new facility is designed to increase production and will elminate high overhead using Pearson runways..

2023 will be an interesting year for the Global Progam.

I heard that they're NOT going to Pearson till the begining of 2024 from EM in the Q3/22 ER, which I was shocked to hear. I thought they were going in in Q1/23. That's 1 year behind. The bottle neck for production in Downsview is there is only one set of wing jigs and that limits the number of people they can throw at it. I believe they will have another wing jig for the Pearson facility. I've been on the outside for five years but I thought that was the original plan.

Not sure of how much more room there is to increase production past 2023. But evrything points to their profit margins with pearson going through the roof in 2024. Not even sure if the demand for BJ's will continue to grow at this rate thru 2023. So 2024 I think they will focuss on Margins. Because of the ease of production from Pearson. One I will say say is that they will eat Gulfstream' ...more
