CP 140 Aurora
Canadian National Defence spokesman Dan Le Bouthillier said the CP-140 Aurora is currently scheduled to retire from service in 2030.
Boeing, is short of enough orders to sustain the Poseidon program beyond 2025.
There is more then enough time for open competition. The liberal government should not be in a rush to order from Boeing. Boeing is the one pushing for early orders to keep their program going.
Liberals should not give contract to Boeing just so that Boeing can maintain their line.

On second thought. I think you're right about the other contract Stock. We'll be out of our league. This CP 140, seems to be more the kind of contract that we should go after as oposed to a more military one. But I would still try to form an alliance with anyone to bid against Boeing just to do everything we can to disrupt them.
