Challenger, Global 5000, 6000, 6500 are already used in defense around the world in Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms. The need for these spy aircrafts is booming so much that BBD may have to build a new production line just for that. Bombardier Defense will have to announce a new Global 5000/6000 production line in USA. Biden's rules call for "Made in USA". It's a must to be able to sell spy planes to US Airforce and Navy.
