So do I went to several ups and downs, will  leave below $100, no matter where it goes after!!
Comment by stockitnow on Apr 02, 2023 9:51am
Mine is $145.  At this point I will be debt free, but will leave at lower point if a lot of indicators show downside, which there isn't now.  However I will not wait forever to reach $145, i will stick around for 2 more years.
Comment by BBDB859 on Apr 02, 2023 11:44am
I'll start to reduce my holdings at around the $120 range, if they split the the shares, as I expect. I have far too many shares, that I've been holding for over 7 years. The only reason I would stay in above the $120 range, and NOT sell anything is? Is if the stock doesn't split till the $145 range. I have a good feeling, that we could use a split in that range. The reason why it ...more

Super post 859.

Thanks Mic. I'm getting ready to go to Europe next month. So I hope, that when I'm back in October? The share price starts to act like the way the Company is proforming. I think it will. I think the SP is groomed to that direction. It's easily doable too. The small float makes the shares, hard to get these days. So I'm opptomistic about the SP upward trend. Cheers

BBDB859, very good post, and makes sense, we know it will get better by then! It' patient that I don't have anymore after all those years!!
Comment by BBDB859 on Apr 02, 2023 2:06pm
Thanks Johnney. What I do? May not work for others. I'm just saying that, that's what I'm going to be doing. Cheers

BBDB859, I do respect this! Everyone has his own choice of doing it for the best! GLTA!!

BBD859, You have given a very good summary of the situation. However, we should talk about the credit firms like Moody, Standar and poor etc and their rating scales. Martel wants the credit rating to be raised to (Baa3) in the investor category. This would allow investment firms to acquire Bombardier shares.   The following info is from the Bombardier site Moody give B3 Standar ...more

Temp is more familiar with this topic of Investment grade mauser. I think we'll enjoy getting close to it. Where Institution will jump in  It's JMHO though..

it's a very good idea. Thank

My my exit strategy is based on a mix of metrics. Like you 859 I have been an owner since 2016 of which most of those years, as we all know well, have been an emotional and financial struggle. With the turnaround providing positive results only in the last 18 months or so, it's still way too early to sell and I based it on the following.   First, given all the positives going forward, ...more

Setting a long term goal ? What will you do if the 2027 management financial targets are in the 11 B$ range for sales and 2,5 B$ for EBITDA?  It's a good way to express your confidence but setting a maximum..... unless you want to say 115$ minimum.
Comment by Micmar on Apr 02, 2023 10:31am
I was only talking about my maximum I will start thinking about selling at 105$
Comment by lb1temporary on Apr 02, 2023 11:13am
I don't know my exit level. I could be there for 2 years or 3 years, till the end of this Biz jet positive cycle. But my short term expectations is 80$ before the summer and 100$ after the Q4 results.  I will be opportunistic adding and selling some options depending the events. I'm not a frequent trader,  so, these moves are made for a couple of weeks each time. If I trade ...more

You got this right, to the end of this cycle, cause this stock isn't, Canadian Tire, Wallmart, Couche Tard, Macdonald, absolutally, this cycle will slow down evantually, but not this year!!

Ib1temporary! Don't forget that we're getting older every day! 2025 has not arrived and 2027, less ! So if someone sells at $110 or $140, and has paid $25 or $30, I don't know, an example, and goes to $200, let's say 2027, did he or we had lost money, yes on paper, but didn't loose anything, cause as long you haven't sold anything, you haven't made nothing, just on ...more

I' m in since 2016 and i add time after time......now it' clear to me that i need a capital gain mnage strategy.....because for all this years i assumed th risk of my investissement and no way to split the profits with the gouvernament ....until i don't find it i will stay in
Comment by MyNameIsNobody on Apr 02, 2023 1:07pm
I'm planning to start my exit when the sp reaches 100$... that will be a lot of money, maybe not for all but for me it will, it all depends on what we paid and how many shares we own. I'll be tempted to wait for 120$ since it kind of looks like it's heading there but I still have in mind the time it reached over 5$ pre-split and the paper-money I haven't capitalized on then.  ...more

A lot of money is much better than a big loss!!
Comment by Lukegermany on Apr 02, 2023 2:19pm
unlike others here I have no direct price at which I want to sell. i want to see martel's plan through to 2025. If we somehow reach 125 EURO by the end of 2025, I'm out, knowing that this share will make the life of my children and my wife much more relaxed in the next 30 years. Otherwise, a lot depends on the exchange rate. Basically, I want to take the whole story with me. 100 CAD seems ...more

Was planning to eventually start trimming my commons position (6500 total) at $180+, but now thinking I might just hold entire position indefinitely and collect big dividends once they get reinstated (2025/2026?). When Bomber becomes an industrial powerhouse why sell? (unless it's more than 3/4 of your portfolio or something).
Comment by Truthifest on Apr 02, 2023 3:47pm
I think I'm going to play my permanent exit by ear.  With the company's four growth areas and narrowing the multiple gap w/ it's peers, around C$200/shr is the reasonable max I see by mid-decade.  Much more than that will require more time and/or additional rev and FCF streams.  We'll just have to see if those materialize.
Comment by Finbarr on Apr 02, 2023 6:39pm
personally I have no plans to exit... I have stopped selling covered calls because this stock is on a tear.... but once it starts to meander.... I will return to cash generation by selling coveredf calls... and if there's a dividend well that's all to the better
