all this is good but i will be very surprised if Canadian Gov./Miltary opened an eye and admit the fact that bbd global is much more suitable in rang, altitude, operating cost, effeciency etc inm, canadian gov. , Miltery will always see USA Boeing products much more suitable even though that USA does not buy it any more and buyng bbd jets instead  beside IMO Canadian Gov is not free to make
