Transit77 - Like some other user said earlier, not the same size of aircrafts, Bombardier is not selling smaller models anymore. You're comparing apples and oranges, or better yet, oranges and clementines. Reuters mentions Citation Ascend, Citation Latitude and Citation Longitude as models in the deal.  Quick info I have from google is a 2022 Citation M2 goes for 5.55M$ and a 2022

I happen to service the clientele for NetJets and Flexjet at times. For fractional user outreach, you need the smaller jet models, and if you have plan to expand, it makes sense to order a large number of these light jets. Bombardier planes are considered medium jets and their users, which I also serve, are not the same clientele as fractional comptant providers.
