I believe you mentioned that with naked shorting, shorts have 10 days to cover. Do you think that is the reason that prior to the last earnings report (10 weekdays before), the shorts let the stock run from $57 to $67?
I'm hoping the same happens before November 2!

ilesage they do not legally have ten days to cover really. The obscene rules are that they should have a reasonable expectation to be able to close. The 10 days really is the time that any regulator would realize there is a failed trade so that really gives them plenty of time.
