Jacques, I am 100% sure that it's a lot more than that. Just look at the list price of the Boeing base for the P-8 that Canada just paid and you will get the idea.

With a division based in the US (military), why wouldn't the Bomber dual list with a US exchange to increase exposure like SHOP or LULU. Even Blackberry is still listed in the US.

They are listed on the OTC exchange

OTC markets are considered sketchy as opposed to being listed on a reputatble exchange like the Nasdaq or NY Stock exchange. OTC securities are mostly ignored by large institutions.

Probably best to write to investor relations and ask them.  I doubt they will reply to you thou, they ignored me last time I wrote with some serious questions.  I know someone who wrote to them about share buy backs and got some form letter back that dodged the question

The big problem with the old Boeing planes Truly stupid bought is that is they are old,gas guzzling, ancient technology planes.Some one who is supposed to be concerned about carbon pollution chose the worst possible plane. On the other hand he doesn't give a sh*t about travelling all over the world with two planes and mostly with his family on board,  The new technology they are going to ...more

Good for BBD. The US is a much larger market anyway. Despite what Minister Blair said the Libs dissed BBD purely for political reasons to steer clear of any media backlash. Only in Canada will you get slaughtered for attempting to be patriotic.

This is the birth of a new BBD division. No surprise, the market is showing no respect today (stock is currently red), but long term this will remove the criticism of a one-horse show.
