Sham - I only know what Bombardier published.  I looked up TD Cowen and it turns out that Cowen is an investment bank rom NY bought by TD 2 years ago. The event is probably for their own benefit. Let's hope reporters are welcome and/or that Bombardier or TD Cowen will publish something about it.

Exactly what we need.  More Institutional investor. They make arbitration with the share price, reducing volatility;  buying opportunistically  at low prices, selling the same way at highs.
