It looks to me like the Bombardier's own this company not the Beaudoins. 81% of the A's are owned be the Bombardier family. and just 4% is owned by the Beaudoin. Yet the Beaudoin names are the only ones we hear. I think the Bombardiers are giving Charles the control? Just guessing here

Laurent Beaudoin wife is Claire Bombardier. So, Pierre Beaudoin is their son. After university and the death of Joseph-Armnd Bombardier, Laurent Beaudoin, take the control of the compagny maybe after agreement with other members of the Family. Has done to the shareholders, don't know why he hasn't been kicked out by the Family, and still paid more than $5M Us a year, more than the president of Boeing, and shareholders so far got nothing, a 25 for 1, and a $2 stock approximately!! Thanks birth. I needed to know that, just for structural reasons. So sounds as if, they're passing on the reigns to the newest geneneraton. Even with Claire's share the Beaudoins still only control less than 25%. I still think there is a play here. As I said, they are probably defining the company share. I think Charles is the guy that can do a little better job that Pierre. Certainly more

Putting P.B. In place by his father, was the biggest mistake, and yes not honest and still in place, and that the Investors didn't forget that, he has to leave no doubt!!
