what is rating purpose ?  rate the creditworthiness of countries and  enterprises. S&P, Fitch and Moody's they do this rating by assigning a letter to the ... “AAA” or “Aaa” is the highest rating across all three rating agencies and indicates the highest level of creditworthiness.   B1 or B+ = Speculative grade: Highly speculative
