I thought that the only people that this guy was after was Allain Bellemare, & Pierre Beaudoin. I was aware of this Law suit, and thought he was only after PB & AB for been lied to on his investment in the shares of Bombardier in 2019. Where AB & PB mislead the shareholders of misinterpreting the Financial Statements. What does Eric Martel have to do with all this? He didn't come until Nov., 2020. Further if he got RSU's as a bonus for getting hired and turning this company around? Then, he deserves them. I have a ton of more research to do to figure this out.

I thought the same as you and was surprised by the inclusion of Eric Marel. Anyway, the causes against the individuals were not authorized. Of the seven causes of action put forward by the Plaintiff against Bombardier and the individual defendants, the Superior Court only authorized two, with respect to the interpretation of its RSU plan (the “Plan”) in relation to the November 2020 RSU grants ...more
