it touched $86 yesterday then collapsed again. Dont think $83 is a sign of momentum when the indexes are up by more than bbd is today

Maybe (for the sign of momentum...)   However my intent was just to bring a bit of positive here and a tool (link) to get a real-time followup... Hoping you get better view (read closer to reality) in your cristal ball. Sans rancune GLTA
