PAYING DIVIDENTS BEFORE BRINGING L DEBT DOWN IS A VERY BADIDEA AND I BELIVE BBD MANAGEMENT ARE SMARTENOUGH NOT TO DO THAT why investores are worring abot getting few cents in dividents while paying debts will increase rating and shar price will gain 10 -20-30 %  !!!!

For Bombardier to pay a dividend it would have to be close to 4% which would drive the stock price much more than 4% higher imo. I would like to see it. LTD is yesterdays news. It is under control.

Juan, and what's this 4% dividend doing to cost.  let me hear EBITDA and profitability of the company so we can hear how you came up with this number?  how much does BBD pay in interest on the LTD right now?  What's the credit ratings and where does that represent that on the scale?
