OKAY, THEY TALKED  about supply ... during Covid, okay we understand, but it seems that the it is beeing just an execuse that many companies are using

Hey Sham. The BJ industry is doing well. In fact it's expanding. So therefore the suppliers are expanding their production to keep up on the BJ demand. Therefore they are charging more for their production for their products. The supply chain is hiring more employees, expanding their facilities, and they are paying more for their raw materials to produce more parts. Simply, there is gouging ...more

Supply chain is an issue.  Everyone is suffering from labor shortage.  Baby boomers are retiring and there aren't enough skills labor to back fill them.  On top of that the knowledge transfer and efficiency gap is huge, which hurts productivity. Problem is mostly with smaller suppliers as they can't attract or retain workers due to lower wagers and little to no benefits ...more
