Turning Hydro off for NY is a good operation to consider to motivate the Donald. Put pressure on the toad. Even Hitler would probably not think of such tariffs.

Or you have US tanks rolling in the streets of Montreal the next day... The guy is just waiting for us to make such a move . He is supposed to be a bully; and bullies normally fight only those that are weaker than them. With Canada he would have an adversary that he could defeat in an afternoon and the thankful Republic could give him and his pals a big parade in the streets of New York...

The only good thing about that is the 25% Canadian tariff would be dropped since we would have a US flag atop the Parliament building.

Lets, your question is perfect. They offer no military protection. I'm really tired of being tied to their apron strings. In the long run, free trade will be seen as the worst thing for Canada. Especially now that we have a partner who doesn't give a sh$t about signed agreements.

If we are very lucky he leaves us alone, if we are just lucky he makes us an offer a la Anschluss.and he brings to the US ten new states and some territories with natural ressources and fresh water and...and...etc...
