Tariffs IF...border issue and fentanyl not solved

Compare to Mexico, those issues are 10 times smaller...Trump make this statement even if those issues have been highly amiliorated this year. He prepare a vast immigrants deportation program to Mexico and both side know that, but Canada dont represent an ''issue'' at all. Trump want to announce that the threat bring results about those issues and TARIFFS are in the table only as a threat , as soon those issues are clear, the threat will gone. In the 1st Trump mandate, Canada put Tariffs against US dollar for dollar and both country suffer from it and Trump accept to withdraw. Trump make is election program that he will bring lower inflation (already in the 2% marge) and everybody know that a tarrifs war will sky up inflation and bring a recession...and Trump is not so dumb as he look like...
