400 Million Cut From Honeywell

I have one idea why they cut there 'Sales too..could it be that the Bomber don`t get the 400 Million cash but they give them engines worth 400$ for free this year. I dont know how much the engines costs..but when they give them bombardier for free, they have less sales.

400m$  credit...make sense!
Comment by Tempo1 on Dec 05, 2024 8:27am
Not sure. It's OK for an Honeywell explanation but 400M$ free engines for Bombardier is a material change to the bottom line. They haven't disclose anything !!!! This 400 M$ is still a foggy picture.

In the past, Bombardier's flaw was that it talked too much about everything and nothing to boost sales or to make people believe that everything was going wonderfully. We know the rest of the story. Since Martel's return, the rumour machine has faded to the point that now everyone is looking for the slightest bit of news that could justify the good and bad decisions they are currently ...more

Truth please. They've had this secretive problem since 2015. PB would even give us false truths through Bellemare. I hope this HON deal is good for both of us.

Of course it is good for the bomber , it wasn't their back that was against the wall ... you know , better than all of us , that tfe bomber is in full control of their destiny now... no more hasty decisions trying to stay above water , its profit time ... if they get into the military game,  as deep as they most definitely can with their expertise, the sky is the limit .. they just have ...more

I'm with you 100% V. You said it very well my friend. That's probably why the Bomber was so silent. They need the HON expertise in the military side especially. When Goldman talks? The USA listens.

"When Goldman talks? The USA listens." 859, the unfortunate part is we're not listed on a US exchange for US investors to pile into this. UP we go but we would be topping 2018's high by now if we had an audience 10x larger to offer shares to.
Comment by BBDB859 on Dec 05, 2024 11:37am
Flamingo. I'm with you as far as exchanges go. The Canadian exchange is hit already with naked shorting etc. But we're alright here, for right now. This company get a ton of US investors in, somehow. And they affect the SP tremendously. I know it's hard to prove that. But it's happening. Why do you think our SP has stabilized somewhat?
Comment by bicente on Dec 05, 2024 12:11pm
don't be too harsh , we are affected by the US investors ,  not as much as being listed on a Us exchange but you can clearly see the difference in volumes of trading ...When the US markets are closed we don't get the volume in shares traded as when the US markets are open ..give it time and the "fear of missing out " will make up the difference ... investors go out of their ...more

Did you kill the moose yourself V or did someone give you meat? Was it fresh?

Clipped him myself in New Carlisle Gaspsie . Called him in myself too ... 51 inch panache , he was a heavy beast .. We had to chop him up to get him out of the woods , 3 1/2 hours of struggling with the 4wheeler  and winch didn't work ... 12 hours of travelling time from here , to get to the hunt site in those beautiful mountains ... no traffic , no cell service, just wilderness , it was ...more

flaming, so are you going to lead the charge about getting the motion to the AGM to get BBD listed on Nasdaq/NYSE?  I tried and the support was crickets....no one is interested in getting a motion forward
Comment by bicente on Dec 05, 2024 12:43pm
As much as I would love for it to happen , the family will not make it happen ... it's not like the bomber is a US company , if that were the case it would be different ,.We have a company that is run by the family who controls it , the demand for shares of a foreign company that is set up that way is not as good ... . who knows if the cost to list it will be worth it for the family , that' ...more

Hey Temp. You got a basketball team named after you here in Toronto today. They chose the name TEMPO for Toronto's proffessional WNBA team. Seriously. The Toronto Tempo. I'll still call you Temp though. On a more important note. I think what Luke is saying about getting a credit of engines from HON is feasable. That's why yesterday I asked Stockitnow to price the HTF7350. That's ...more
