If Donald Trump impose 25% tariffs, then we have bigger problem with Canadian economy then what happens to bombardier stock.

Canada will retaliate and impose 25% tariffs on all USA imports.  We import more then export.  Tariffs will destroy Canadian economy and put us in recession.  We get hammered both on imports and export.

USA economy will suffer too but having bigger economy and much more diverse industries they will see less impact.

You missed the point.  Either way we are screwed.  Canada will pay more for American goods and USA will pay more for Canadian goods. USA can survive without Canada, but Canada can't survive without USA.

Just like when they taxed the aluminum industry and then realized it was already controlled by Americans which was basically them taxing themselves before repealing the ruling. Additional tarrifs would be just punishing Ford, GM, and the like.

It will be interesting to see how this tarriff plays out.  Pretty much all the jet engines Pratt Canada makes goes to US, and they are owned by American company RTX.  Collins aerospace in Oakville also owned by RTX makes landing gear for 737 and many  bizz jets. Canada should retaliate if US imposes tarriffs,  there aren't alot of options available. DT presidency will be
