No! They had more cash burn than the market expected but ONCE AGAIN explained during the conference call that was due to inventory build for the 4th quarter. The #'s were good, especially the after market service revenue. They maintained full year guidance. All is good except for the shorts attacking again.

People missed out on a couple of other things for the Quarter ER as well. The company dedicated about $15M or so for Long Term Insentive costs. This LTIP is set up for the Employees to perform. I see as a good thing, because that's cash set aside for Buybacks. The other item was a settlement for the NY Lawsuit from that Hedge Fund, which I estimate at around $25M-$30M by the sounds of it ...more
