should never invest and should definitely let investment bankers manage their savings in my opinion.

You make the big money in the markets when you buy at very depressed prices.

While it may go lower, the fact remains that 1) you can never catch the lowest, 2) this is the last mile of the tax selling season, 3) If this is not low enough for you, what is logically I mean.

Gabriel...as I have mentioned in my past threads...buying at these depressed prices for BCE is okay...but nothing wrong with keep a small percentage in cash to jump on those unforseen dips (eg potential divvy cut?). Thats how I have been playing BCE at this time.
