I thought you are Telus guy. By the way Czechia made you a nice favour ending up sponsorship of Canadian junior team carrying Telus logo on the helmets. They got eliminated after losing 4:3 . No wonder stock is up today. lol

Hold 1000 shares of bce and 3500 shares of telus. Only these 2 stocks in my portfolio. I know its risky but I am ok with the risk.  I will be posting messages from time to time but looking to make some good money (as in 30k) with these stocks this year

when did corporate america or corporate canada change that it was okay for companies to borrow money to pay dividends? BCE is not a REIT so it doesn't have to pay dividends. Bondholders are entitled to receive interest on bonds and if you don't pay the interest . you can borrow money to pay the interest.  if there is not enough profits why pay dividends to shareholders..? that is how
