Looks like Trudeau did resign, unfortunetly he also managed to get the Governor General to prorogue parliament until March 24. This means that it will be some time after that date before an election is called. Until then Trump will be able to im[plement tariffs and such, unles of course his potential sentencing come Friday is carried out. It will likely be a conservative majority this time around
