ALL the Analyst start climbing in and UPGRADING...I new that would start as soon as BCE hits above $45.00. BCE is a easy $55.00+Stock. At $55.00 the divy is still 7.25%. ALL GOOD

Thats why I have been accumulating in the mid 40's. Also been accumulating both T and RCI. All these stocks are in the gutter and are very good buys at this level. Utilities are also worth a look at this time...so very good picks out there.

A lot  of people overlooked what the analyst know very well during the '70s. BCE own a lot of real-estate to house their branch offices when those branch offices were at dirt cheap location. Now, these branch offices are locate at prime office/residential location. This is something RCI and T may not able to match. Quebeccor may be.
