20 million shorts added for a rough total of 45 million shorts. I will wait for confirmation of a bottoming and will convert my BCE preffs to the commons. Insider buying is a good start.

BCE will be over $40 by ex-dividend date of December 16 (you must buy by December 13) $1.00 dividend. BCE has likely bottomed, unless the whole market crashes. Friday was an ugly day for the markets

It makes no common sense at all not to cut the dividend. Say they cut 50%. They would save a whopping $1.75B per year. With some other cost cutting measures, cashflow might actually go positive
